Mineshafter

Follow these steps to get up and running with Mineshafter:

1. Make sure that you have a Minecraft.net account (paid or not, doesn't matter).
2. Login. Done
3. Link your Minecraft.net account. Done
4. Upload a custom skin if you want one.
5. Upload a custom cloak if you want one.
6. Download the client proxy.
7. Start the proxy program, it will use the Minecraft launcher in the current directory or use the latest one from Minecraft.net if you don't have one.
8. Login with your Minecraft.net credentials.
9. You're client will update if not already at the latest version.
10. When done playing, close Minecraft.
11. Steps 4 and 5 are not required.

You can get it by going to a website mineshafter.appspot.com

Click Downloads and Download Java if you do not have Java .

Then download Mineshafter proxy for players.Log in.You will need to play it 

offline but if you do something (which I do not know) you can play it online.

But if you use other computers , it cannot save your worlds.It can only save 

worlds on a computer. That means If you use a laptop ,the world you create 

will be save on the laptop,not the computer.

Creating for Skin (Minecraft Skins)

First , you create a Minecraft account make sure it is not a Mojang account.

(but Mojang accounts might work.)You can also connect it to your existing 

Minecraft account .

 Then create a Google account if you do not have a Gmail. Connect It with 

your Minecraft account at Mineshafter . Then , go to a website for minecraft

 skins like minecraftskins.com
